BULWORK™ FIRST IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking to recruit for one of its clients – Global Company which is going to build a new support team in Sofia:

SPANISH SPEAKING SUPPORT SPEACIALISTS (FOR CORPORATE SUPPPORT)

Purpose of the role:

You will ensure the provision of high quality corporate support in SPANISH (via phone, e-mail and chat) for one of the most innovative products of the company by Service Level Agreement. The clients are mainly based in Europe.

Main requirements:
- Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:

SPANISH
ENGLISH

- Excellent knowledge in Operating Systems like MS Windows (98/ME/XP/2000/Vista)
- Good knowledge in hardware and networking
- Bachelor or/and Master Degree in Computer Science or related specialty.

We will consider as an advantage:
- Previous experience in a support center
- Any Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
