Windows Support Engineers

Adecco started its operations in Bulgaria through our daughter company Ajilon Consulting in December 2005. Currently we have more than 250 IT professionals on board, working across different technologies as Windows, UNIX, Oracle, MSSQL, z/OS, AS/400, Lotus notes, Messaging, Storage, Backup, etc.

Currently we are looking for Windows Support Engineers to work on-site with our customer Hewlett-Packard, providing remote server and application support to HP customers based in Germany. The job purpose is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment.

Requirements:

Technical skills:
- Deep knowledge in Windows Server, especially Windows Server 2003 and 2008
- File Services under Microsoft (create shares, administrate user rights, DFS, DFS-R )
- Active Directory (administration of group policies)
- Networking TCP/IP, Network services DNS, WINS, CIFS
- Scripting know how (Batch, Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting, Windows scripting host) would be appreciated
- Backup /restore and disaster recovery concepts
- Monitoring tools experience
- Security solutions

Soft Skills:
- Availability to integrate into complex projects
- Experience in independent project work
- High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Very good collaborative ability /very good team player skills

Language skills:
- English language skills
