WEB Community Manager

Bulwork™ First IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency is looking for one of its
clients – an international company developing a leading web design
platform for businesses:

WEB COMMUNITY MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

- Be the point person for all company communications with clients and
partners and promote the company brand in all communications
- Work to create an active, participating and engaged community of clients
- Identify strong product champions and advocates and involve them actively in product creation and marketing processes
- Organize user contests, giveaways and events to foster active community engagement
- Promote our product (a web design platform) and our uniquely loyal customer community throughout the social media
- Create regular newsletters, post on our corporate blogs, direct the creation of video blog, podcasts featuring power users, industry experts and best practices
- Represent the company and assist our partners with marketing programs at worldwide industry events

Main Requirements:

- At least 1+ years in a similar client relationships / community manager
role with a consumer product, preferably web design related
- Proficiency in social networking applications and tools, including
LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, user forums
- You are motivated to become a power user and chief evangelist of our
product
- You write well, writing is natural to you and you write a lot. You enjoy
sharing your ideas with others.
- You can parachute yourself in any party and quickly make friends and
business contacts
