Adecco IT started its operations in Bulgaria in December 2005. Currently we have more than 250 IT professionals on board, working across different technologies as Windows, UNIX,Oracle, MSSQL, z/OS, AS/400,Lotus notes, Messaging, Storage, Backup, etc.

We are currently looking for Release Manager to join our team in the Global Delivery Centre.

Successful candidates will deliver new services for our customers, inform the account community and ensure smoothness of the operation for both HP and the customer. This includes planning the Release, gathering all necessary data and coordinating the installation resources to deliver the requested service.

The role covers:
• Single point of contact for delivering/ordering new services
• Coordinate new server/service installation
• Coordinate the technicians dedicated for new server/service installation
• Cooperate with global teams on service delivery
• Contribute to maintaining the process
• Follow-up with the technical teams on any outstanding major problems impacting the service score

Qualifications:

• Experience in delivering IT projects or services
• Very good coordination skills
• Strong follow-up skills, able to convince & influence individuals and teams outside the local organization
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Basic cross-technology terminology understanding (Windows, UNIX, Network, Backup, Storage)
• Ability to learn fast and constantly improve your knowledge
• Good communication skills, team-work experience
• Creative approach to problem solving
