Technical Support Analyst

specialized in development of retail and e-commerce software solutions, is looking for:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

* Your role is to provide remote support service to customers operating on systems and software supplied by the company,
according to the agreed Service Level Agreements (the software applications are Java based)

Main requirements:

* Solid knowledge with the following technologies:
- HTML / CSS
- XML
- JavaScript
- JSP / Java

* Previous experience on support position (pref. software support)
* Fluent English language – both written and spoken
* Customer oriented, good team player
