Kalteswasser Multimedia is a European full-service-agency network (established January 2000) with a focus on online media. We have offices in Berlin (Germany) and Sofia (Bulgaria).

In the relation to the extension of our successful business we are looking for a motivated and proven professional to become an Art-Director/Creative-Designer in our office in the very centre of Sofia. We develop multimedia, internet solutions and advertising campaigns for a list of international clients including BASF, BURDA, NAVTEQ - a NOKIA Company, PRAKTIKER International, UNICEF, BALKAN STAR AUTOMOTIVE (Mercedes-Benz, Bulgaria), M-TEL, THOMSON, UNIQA and others.

Responsibilities
Creation of high quality graphic design for print, logo design, presentation design and website designs. The focus of the work will be online media, but expect a fair share of offline campaigns as well.
What we expect from you:
- Creativity ideas & concepts (and the ability to visualize your idea and put them into a draft, concept or storyboard)
- Excellent Screen Design!
- Team orientation! You will be working in an international team with other designers, programmers, project managers, interns and freelancers
- Good handling of at least one vector based software tool (Illustrator or FreeHand)
- Good handling of at least one bitmap based software tool (Photoshop or Fireworks)
- Knowledge in website development with FLASH & HTML (no programming required)
- Motion design skills are a plus
- Very good handling of your favorite operating system: Windows or MAC OS X
- Good written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of work experience, this is position for an experienced professional
