IS TECHNICAL ANALYST

Job role includes:

- Provide and coordinate the support of company`s BG users on technical IS infrastructure including:
- PCs and field force devices
- Printers, copiers & scanners
- Windows XP operating system
- file & print servers
- telephony
- video conferencing equipment
- local area network in the BG offices of the company
- Manage the relationship between the BG office and the suppliers of the above mentioned services/components.
- Ensure proper information flow between the users in the bulgarian and in the romanian IS department regarding technical infrastructure
- Handle the IS part of the procurement of office productivity software licenses like MS Visio, MS Project etc.
- Provide and coordinate support for other applications and devices.

Requirements to the positions are:

- Person, student who is able to work full-time
- excellent English

- very good technical knowledge

- understanding of equipment, hardware, software
- proficient MS user
- compliance and integrity, able to work according to and implement polices.
