Customer Support with Oracle
Requirements:
• University degree in Information Technologies, Mathematics or Informatics;
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL or other similar software development languages;
• Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken);
• Some experience with Oracle Forms and Reports;
• Collaborative, communicative, self motivated and responsible personality.
• Knowledge of Insurance business or Insurance software is an advantage;
• Previous experience as a team member in Customer Support Team is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer e-mails and telephone inquiries related to company’s insurance system;
• Provide competent and reliable customer service;
• To qualify, identify and analyse the customers problems;
• Solve the customer’s problems or advance them to the next level of support;
• Create new or make modification to programs units/forms/reports when necessary.
