Project Manager

Requirements:
• Master in Computer Sciences, Informatics or Mathematics;
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with DataBase and J2EE technologies;
• Excellent knowledge of information engineering methodologies and modeling techniques;
• 4+ years of experience as a designer / developer;
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader / project manager;
• Communicative & responsible personality;
• Leadership ability & analytical skills;
• Fluent English;

• Experience with Oracle Database or Oracle Middleware technologies is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
Team of 4 -12 people, object-oriented approach, Oracle database, J2EE technologies, single project duration between 6 months and 2 years:

• Leadership and management of information system development projects;
• Planning and tracking of the project activities;
• Management and motivation of team members;
• Scope definition, requirements analysis, modelling, conceptual solution design;
• Solving of technical and development issues;
• Enforcement of the company standards and procedures;
• Communication with the client.
