Manager for communication system department

Bulwork™ First IT/ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking for one of its clients and partners –a company which is a leader among system integrators:

MANAGER (COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT)

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Organize and manage team of qualified engineers as well as the projects in the Communication Systems Department
- Manage the efficient communication with corporative clients of the Company
- Manage and coordinate the current projects in the Department
- Organize and take part in the preparation of tenders’ documentation.

Main requirements:

- 2+ years experience in project management as well as in people management
- Excellent knowledge of commutation technologies and very good knowledge of Cisco’s products
- Experience in system integration using Cisco will be advantage
- University degree in Business related discipline or IT/ Computer science
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead negotiations with customers
- Ability to establish and to keep deadlines
- Very good command of English language – both written and spoken.
