Requirements:
- Proficiency in German language. Good communicative level of English language.
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to learn fast.
Eagerness to gain experience with new technologies and to learn how to do low tech support.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical and non-technical support in German language.
- Establish a long-term customer relation and business continuity
- Develop a specific solution best suited for each customer

Advantages:
- Any Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Informatics or related specialty.
- Professional experience in installing/ configuring/supporting different hardware devices (PC, printers, scanners etc).
