Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Flash Developer to play a critical role in developing advanced multimedia and interactive applications for the web. You’ll be working on a few projects without tight deadlines, annoying project managers and your work today will be used by hundreds of thousands tomorrow!
We are looking for an innovative thinker and _code expert_ that enjoys tackling challenging and interesting projects. The candidate must also have excellent people skills and be resourceful in order to manage the development process. The Senior Flash Developer must possess excellent communication skills, maintain a keen sense of professionalism, be goal oriented, extremely self-driven and have a positive attitude. Job requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Flash 9/10, Action Script 2.0/3.0.
- Experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use XML and server side technologies.
- Knowledge of Flash Media Server, WOWZA, RED5 is a major plus.
- Experience creating user interfaces with AIR and Flex 3.
- 2+ years of web development experience (LAMP).
- Good eye for design & aesthetics, working level experience with Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Very, very strong attention to detail.
- Very good understanding of Flash memory management and experience building applications that manage large numbers of objects efficiently.
- Ability to write clear, clean, readable, portable, reliable, and manageable code.
- English on a working level, can-do attitude, fun-loving and hard working team player.
We don't care about your education; your skills, portfolio and experience matter the most.

- Create new Flash applications.
- Working on Rich Interactive Media Sites with hundreds of thousands of members.
