BULWORK™ FIRST IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking to recruit for one of our most prominent clients - a Leader in Delivery and Customer Service Area for their office in Sofia:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS WITH UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE

Your role will include:

- Accept and resolved customer issues in a timely manner in Ukrainian language
- Manage relationships with customers to ensure clear written communication including documentation of incidents, demonstrating effectively resolutions of technical problems
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.

Main requirements:

- Fluency in UKRAINIAN language
- Good command of English language
- Good oral and written communications
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to working in a team environment
- Prior working knowledge on the products being supported (Windows OS; Exchange\Outlook 2003\2007; SQL Server 2000-2008 etc).
