We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Manager.
The Helpdesk Manager is to take charge of the company's Technical Team. The team consists of tree 1st Level engineers, helpdesk administrator and a couple of software developers. The desk is looking after various customers all located in the UK.
As an IT Manager you will posses:
• Perfect Command of English
• Strong technical background as a support engineer (1st to 3rd Level)
• Strong managerial background
• Experience working in Helpdesk Support environment both as a support engineer and Supervisor and/or higher managerial position
• Good communicational and time management skills, as well as ability to work under pressure.
Higher education/qualifications in the area of IT/Management would be considered advantageous.
