Technical support specialist

BULWORK™ FIRST IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking to recruit for one of our most prominent clients - a Leader in Delivery and Customer Service Area for their office in Sofia:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH ITALIAN LANGUAGE

Your role will include:

- Accept and resolved customer & technical issues in a timely manner in ITALIAN language
- Manage relationships with customers to ensure clear written communication including documentation of incidents, demonstrating effectively resolutions of technical problems 
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality corporate support

Main requirements:

- FLUENT in ITALIAN, as well as good level of English language
- High proficiency in Operating Systems like Windows 98/ ME/ XP/ 2000/ Vista and Hands-on on server side operating systems like Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008 Server is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an International Technical Support Center.
- Good knowledge of Networking and experience in troubleshooting
- Should have got exposure working in night shifts.

Your advantages:
