PORTUGUESE SPEAKING CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVES

BULWORK™ FIRST IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking to recruit for one of its clients – an international BPO company, providing online and offline support for its European clients.

The company is looking for dynamic, motivated and highly organised individuals to join their Client Services team in Sofia.

PORTUGUESE SPEAKING CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVES

Responsibilities of the position:

- To provide support and help customers working with company's products
- To handle all incoming Customer's e-mails, chat and phone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- To communicate with colleagues in case there is an additional information needed.

To be successful as Client Service Executive you will require:

- Excellent command of PORTUGUESE language (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills via E-mail, chat and phone
- Good computer skills – MS Office Package (MS Word, Excel)
- Some experience in service sector or in a call/support center will be a great plus
- Ability to work under pressure
