3rd LEVEL TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Your role:

- Diagnostics and 3rd level problem solving technical support of clients in accordance with company`s procedure
- Participation in improving the technical environment technical its administration

The successful candidate will have:

- University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Perl and Shell Scripting
- Very good knowledge of Java, Unix (Solaris), Shell Scripting
- Very good command of English language
- Very good command of French language
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload and to work under pressure
